Starting points

Start with what’s going wrong.

Get help with an email problem, lost files, a staff handover or a planned IT change.

Ways to start

A package for the problem in front of you.

These are starting points, not fixed bundles or the limit of what we do. Each begins with the service shown. We’ll agree any extra work, what’s included and the price in your quote. Microsoft licences and third-party charges are separate unless your quote says otherwise.

01 / Email

When email lets you down

A customer says your quote never arrived, or forwards an email that looks like it came from you.

We check agreed email examples and the settings that help other providers recognise mail from your domain. You see what we found and which changes we recommend.

Starting service

We can add, if needed: Security Assessment for a wider check, or Security Setup Sprint for separately agreed fixes.

No setting can stop every fake email or guarantee delivery to the inbox.

02 / Files

Know what you could get back

A shared project file disappears. Could your team get it back before the deadline?

We check what is covered, who would restore it and what still needs testing. You leave with a clearer recovery plan.

Starting service

We can add, if needed: SharePoint and OneDrive Governance if shared-file ownership or access also needs work.

A live restore is quoted separately. Recovery is only verified after a restore test.

03 / People

Make staff handovers clearer

A new starter cannot get to their work. Someone leaves, but nobody knows who checked their access.

We agree who does each step, document it and test the handover so there is a process people can follow.

Starting service

We can add, if needed: Tenant Clean-up for old accounts, ownership or licences, or a Security Assessment for a wider check.

Ongoing account administration and custom app connections need a separate scope.

04 / Security

Find what needs attention first

You know your Microsoft 365 setup needs a check, but where should you start?

We review agreed settings without changing them. You get evidence explained in plain English and a prioritised list to act on.

Starting service

We can add, if needed: Security Setup Sprint for agreed fixes, Conditional Access and MFA Setup for a focused sign-in pilot, or Cyber Essentials Readiness if that scheme matters to you.

We quote fixes separately. The Cyber Essentials certificate and assessor fee are not part of this package.

05 / Laptops

Get work laptops under control

Are your team’s Windows laptops set up consistently and getting the updates you expect?

We test agreed settings and apps with a small group before you decide on a wider rollout. You get a record of what worked and what needs attention.

Starting service

We can add, if needed: Conditional Access and MFA Setup for separately agreed sign-in rules, or Security Setup Sprint for other priority fixes.

Other device types and a wider rollout need a separate quote.

06 / Copilot

Try Copilot with a small group

Your team wants to use Copilot. What could the chosen people already see in shared files?

We check agreed users, tasks, licences and access to selected files, then show you gaps to consider before a pilot.

Starting service

We can add, if needed: SharePoint and OneDrive Governance for selected shared areas, or Tenant Clean-up for a wider licence review.

This checks the agreed people and shared areas, not everyone and every file. Fixes and rollout are separate.

07 / Sign-ins

Move on from old sign-ins

Your staff still depend on an older sign-in system. What would it take to move without disrupting work?

We map what depends on those sign-ins, test a pilot and plan the agreed move in stages.

Starting service

We can add, if needed: Microsoft 365 Consultancy for separately agreed planning or related work.

Files, servers, VPNs and apps do not move as part of the sign-in service; that work needs its own quote.

None of these quite fit?
